Enter the number on your pants label or measure at the belly/waist where you normally wear pants.
Select how you measured — small adjustments are applied automatically.
This controls the extra inches added beyond your waist to pick the belt size (belts are sized to the hole you commonly use).
Most belts are measured from the buckle base to the middle hole — aiming for that gives best flexibility.
Width helps determine look and buckle style — not used for sizing calculation.

Why belt size matters: A correctly sized belt should fasten on the middle hole with a small tail (2–6 inches). Too-small belts feel tight and limit adjustments; too-large belts leave an excessive tail and look sloppy. When between sizes, choose the larger size so you can tighten; belts can always be punched or trimmed by a cobbler if needed.
How to measure
- Measure where you normally wear your belt (over pants or at waist). Keep the tape snug but not tight.
- If using your pants size (label), that's fine — enter that number directly.
- We recommend buying a belt where the measurement from buckle base to middle hole equals the recommended belt size shown.
